Performance Features
PS Mould oil can be applied to many types of mould or form surfaces by spraying, brushing or swabbing.The product can be diluted 1:1 with mineral turpentine or household kerosene. It may also be applied as a water in oil emulsion by adding a maximum of 3 parts water to 1 part PS Mould Oil slowly with vigorous stirring (e.g. the stirrer on an electric or air operated drill).For the treatment of new plywood moulds, two coats of neat PS Mould Oil should be initially applied. After initial treatment, the moulds should be retreated with either PS Mould Oil or the water in oil emulsion.Care should be taken to avoid excessive application ñ coverage should be even and the form just oily to touch.
