Smith & Allan AML Fluid 20 - Air Mist Lubricant

AML Fluid 20 is a premium quality blend of synthetic esters, refined vegetable oil and an advanced additive system. The fluid is designed specifically for metal cutting operations where the lubricant is delivered to the work zone by air-misting. The product exhibits outstanding oxidation stability to ensure that sticky deposits around the work zone are kept to an absolute minimum.
The product is free from mineral oil and non-toxic to ensure operator safety, the product has the addition of special polymers that maintain the correct particle size to offer maximum lubrication of the cutting tool and prevent gumming of the delivery system.

AML Fluid 20 is designed to replace water extendable coolants on operations where liquid coolants are difficult to apply, such as drilling and vertical milling. Adequate cooling is ensured by sufficient air flow around the tool.
