Absolute GL 00 is a synthetic, semi-fluid gear lubricant developed to meet extreme requirements of industrial gearboxes allowing long life problem free operation. The product incorporates a lithium-based thickener system and high quality synthetic polyglycol base fluid, offering increased lubricity and protection under high load conditions. The product offers exceptional load carrying capabilities and excellent sealing characteristics leading to vastly reduced top ups. The product also offers lower start-up torque, promoting component protection under start-up conditions, reduced power consumption and lower bulk lubricant temperature.
Applications
Absolute PG 00 is intended for use in gear units, which are subjected to high loads and contamination due to the potential ingress of liquid or solid matter. Units filled with Absolute PG 00 may be considered “sealed for life”.
